Check in/ Check out policy
Check in is at 3:00pm as our housekeepers need to assure that your apartment is clean. Please schedule your arrival time accordingly. We do try to please our guests; if you arrive prior to 3:00 pm call us at (530) 283-1401 and if the unit is ready we will grant access.
Check out is at 11:00am. For changes please call during office hours, 9:00-5:30, prior to the day of check out and we will try to accommodate your request. Your late check out request will be considered on a case by case basis and will depend on our future guests’ arrival date and our housekeeping staff work load.

Arrival Instructions
Upon arriving in Quincy go to The Studio Gallery, 436 Main Street, street level shop within Quincy Courtyard Suites. We are open during the hours of 10:30-5:30. If you are going to arrive at an hour other than the above, please call us the day prior to your arrival and arrangements will be made providing your rental payment, security deposit, and keys.
We do not accept or grant access to the apartments after 5:30 without payment in full unless arrangements have been made.

Security Deposit
Occasionally accidents may happen. Accordingly, we require a security deposit to take care of any unfortunate incidents. The security deposit is a minimum of $300.00 in the order of a Credit Card. Your security deposit will be retained with your reservation folio and will not be processed unless an unfortunate circumstance occurs. Guests are responsible for leaving premises in proper condition. Any damages, other than wear, and/or missing items will be charged to guests who will immediately be notified.

Cancellation Policy
Because we have limited units and have weekly stays, we have a 4 week cancellation policy (6 weeks for holidays). All funds are due, and non refundable at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance. If by chance an emergency arises and you must cancel within that period, we will try to rebook the suite for you. If we are able, we will credit the funds back to you. You will be charged a $50.00 reprocessing fee. The security deposit will NOT be processed upon cancellation.

Quincy Courtyard Suites Rules & Common Courtesies
Renters shall not make or permit to be made any disturbing or loud noises in the unit or in the common areas, by himself, his family or his guests. When disturbing or loud noises are the complaint, the request to reduce the volume or cease the activity must be respected.
No articles shall be hung or shaken on the balconies or balcony rails and absolutely nothing shall be thrown over the rails. Barbequing is not permitted on any decks or balconies. Decks and balconies will not be available until mid to end of summer 2006.

Keep in Mind
There are no telephones in the suites so bring your cell if you have one.
We do provide wireless internet in all the suites. There are also two establishments near by where you can get online during their business hours. If you need to make a quick call or you need to leave an emergency contact you may use The Studio Gallery phone during their business hours.
We do not have an elevator and all suites are on the second level.
Quincy Courtyard Suites are strictly NO SMOKING accommodations.
