Check in/ Check out policy

Check in is at 3:00pm as our housekeepers need to assure that your suite is ready for you. Please schedule your arrival time accordingly. We do try to please our guests; if you arrive prior to 3:00 pm call us at (530) 283-1401 and if the unit is ready allow an early check-in.
Check out is at 11:00am. For late check-out requests, please call during office hours, 9:00-5:30, prior to the day of check out and we will try to accommodate your request. Your late check out request will be considered on a case by case basis and will depend on our future guests’ arrival date and our housekeeping staff work load.

Arrival Instructions

Upon arriving in Quincy go the Historic Clinch Building, 432 Main Street, and round the block to Grover Alley which runs behind the building. You can’t miss the beautiful courtyard and iron circular stairway. You may park directly behind the the Clinch building. Quincy Courtyard Suites check-in is inside the Wine Tasting Bar left of the courtyard. Enjoy a complimentary wine taster as you check-in. The office/wine bar opens at 2pm – 7pm Mon- Wed and 2pm – 10pm Thur - Sat. If you are going to arrive at an hour other than the above, please call us the day prior to your arrival and arrangements special check-in instructions will be made.

Cancellation Policy

Because we have limited units and have weekly stays, we have a 2 week cancellation policy (4 weeks for holidays). If by chance an emergency arises and you must cancel within that period, we will try to rebook the suite for you. If we are able, we will credit the funds back to you.
Keep in Mind
There are no telephones in the suites so bring your cell if you have one.
We do provide wireless internet in all the suites. There are also two establishments near by where you can get online during their business hours.
Quincy Courtyard Suites are strictly NO SMOKING and NO PET accommodations.
