Units 1 & 2 are 1300 square foot apartments; you may rent them as a one or two bedroom; one bedroom has a king and the other a Queen; large living room with two sofas; fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.  Bath has a claw foot tub and a separate full shower.

Because our rooms are limited, we do have a 2 week (6 weeks during holidays and special events) cancellation policy.  If you must cancel after that time we will charge you the full amount unless we can rebook it for you.  Your Security deposit will not be processed.
