Quincy Courtyard Suites are luxurious vacation rentals that have all the comforts of home. Each kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a welcome starter pack of coffees, popcorn and such. Each unit comes with fine linen and towels and washer and dryer access if you are staying for a while and need to do a load.
Maid service is once a week only, but the apartments have all you need to keep a tidy place.

There is cable TV, a DVD machine and a nice selection of DVD’s to choose from.

There are no telephones in the rooms so bring your cell. We do, however, provide wireless internet at no charge. There are also two establishment just steps away where you can access the internet during their business hours.

Right now Quincy Courtyard Suites consists of two, 2 bedroom downtown apartments, but coming soon are two more 1 bedroom suites; and all units will surround and look over a beautiful courtyard. Also coming soon is Ally Cat Café and a Wine Tasting Bar/ gift shop below the suites that spill into the courtyard.
All the units are upstairs and keep in mind there is NO elevator. But if you don’t mind a flight of stairs, it’s a beautiful, quaint place to enjoy; a place you’ll want to continually revisit.
Even though you have a fully equipped kitchen, don’t feel like you have to cook. Quincy has many wonderful restaurant choices for breakfast, lunch or dinner and they are all just a few steps away.
